Biography

Ashley Rossman is a personal injury attorney at Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers, serving injured clients across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and North Dakota. Growing up outside of Milwaukee, Ashley always had an interest in the legal field, but first pursued a degree in Finance and Risk Management Insurance at the University of Minnesota before deciding to attend Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee. At Marquette, Ashley discovered a passion for dissecting the procedural aspects of personal injury cases and simplifying complex legal concepts so clients could better understand their situations. She also competed in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition, where her team reached the semifinals and earned second place overall for best brief, sharpening the real-time argumentation and litigation skills she brings to every case today. After earning her J.D., Ashley worked at an insurance defense firm, gaining firsthand insight into how insurance companies evaluate and challenge injury claims. That experience from the other side of the table gives Ashley a distinct advantage when advocating for injured clients navigating the insurance process in Wisconsin and across the Midwest.

What sets Ashley Rossman apart as a personal injury attorney is her genuine commitment to making sure every client feels heard. Many people who come to Nicolet Law after being injured feel disrespected, ignored, and unsure of their next steps. Ashley takes the time to truly listen to what her clients have been through, explain their legal options clearly, and tell their stories in a way that achieves the results they deserve. With a background spanning finance, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation, Ashley brings a well-rounded perspective to cases involving motor vehicle accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and wrongful death claims. Her dedication to client advocacy and her deep understanding of the insurance process make her a trusted and effective personal injury attorney at Nicolet Law.
