Atty. Aislinn M. Penkwitz

Attorney Aislinn M. Penkwitz is an associate attorney who represents clients in family law related matters including divorce, post-judgment disputes and modifications, paternity actions, child custody and placement actions, child support, restraining orders, and guardian ad litem appointments. Attorney Penkwitz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. She attended Creighton University School of Law, graduating in 2010. While in law school, she was a lead articles editor on the school's Law Review.

Attorney Penkwitz is experienced in practicing in family law and is confident in addressing client's needs while guiding them through their matter. She firmly believes in open and honest communication with her clients as an important element in the focused representation of their needs as well as to establish realistic expectations. She tirelessly works towards achieving the best results for her clients, whether through resolution or litigation.
