Atty. Emily Grace Toland

Emily Loe earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School, with honors, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Minnesota State University – Mankato. Prior to going to law school, Emily was employed for nearly a decade by the Wisconsin State Legislature as a legislative aid.

Emily concentrates her practice in estate planning, elder law, and guardianship. She works with clients to resolve a variety of legal concerns including adult guardianships, special needs planning, and long-term care planning. Emily also helps families and individuals with Medicaid (Title XIX) asset protection planning and assists clients seeking eligibility for long-term care benefits in the pre-planning and crisis planning stages.

As part of Emily’s estate planning practice, she prepares and implements documents including wills, revocable trusts, marital property agreements, powers of attorney and HIPAA waivers. Her estate planning practice also includes probate and trust administrations.
