Biography

Divorce/Family Law Attorney Emma Stippich represents Wisconsin clients in family legal matters including divorce, legal separation, annulment, and issues relating to children such as custody and placement. Emma also helps determine maintenance/alimony, and she works with clients on post-divorce issues such as parent relocations, contempt of court concerns, and other matters that arise following a divorce.

Emma guides clients through the divorce process, including pre-divorce planning, filing court petitions and temporary orders, property division, mediation (when necessary), pre-trial conferences, final trial, and post-divorce follow-up such as quitclaim deeds.

While in law school, Emma served as a law clerk at a family law firm and as a clinical law student in family law matters and client advocacy services.
