He has a Law Degree from the UNAM School of Law and a Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Latinoamericana. He has more than 20 years of professional practice as a consultant and litigator, with extensive experience in Commercial Law, Tax Law, Customs Law, Foreign Trade Law and Constitutional Law; he has collaborated in the public and private sector with emphasis on the latter in the real estate and construction industry. Likewise, he is a professor of the UNAM Law School since 2010 in the subject of Constitutional Law and in the Master Course of Law of Economic Competence at the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur.
