Sheehan is a fine person and a fine lawyer. I knew her principally during her years as a state legislator where she superbly showed the principles, judgment and character one would hope to find in a citizen-legislator. She did an outstanding job of balancing the policy judgments and fiscal concerns one must always weigh on the issues before her. Read less
