Atty. Jessica A. Grundberg

Jessica joined Hostak, Henzl & Bichler, S.C. in February, 2005, and spends about half her time in the area of family law and the other half of her time doing estate planning work. With respect to her family law practice, Jessica understands that family law matters are often difficult and emotionally charged and she strives to help clients move toward a more positive future. She believes the practice of family law requires a practical, results-based approach. This means she will work towards a calm, negotiated settlement to resolve family matters outside the courtroom to have the least detrimental impact upon the family. However, she is fully prepared to fight to obtain the client’s goals in situations where the matter cannot be resolved outside the courtroom. In her estate planning practice, Jessica employs the Family Vision Experience tools designed to help clients create a meaningful vision for their future and build a legacy for future generations. This involves helping clients understand their current position, including dangers and opportunities present and ahead, their goals and objectives and developing a plan crafted to implement their objectives in a way clients can understand. Whether in the practice of family law or estate planning, Jessica believes in providing dedicated and compassionate representation to her clients with the highest level of skill and professional integrity.
