Atty Hogan is an "AV" lawyer in my opinion. He is thorough and knowledgable. Besides doing Civil Litigation, he is a former DA and is excellent at Criminal Law as well. I've tried cases against him and was impressed. When I was in private practice, I referred cases to him including cases involving clients because I knew that he would do a great job.
