Biography

Lora Zimmer focuses her practice in corporate and business transactions and health care.

Ms. Zimmer represents physician groups and hospital systems as well as dentists, chiropractors, and other health care providers. She advises health care clients on corporate compliance programs, responding to potential privacy breaches, traditional and alternative forms of payer contracting, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, physician recruitment and contractual matters, and other issues.

In addition to her health law practice, Ms. Zimmer advises general business clients on entity formation, commercial transactions, and review and negotiation of various contracts, including shareholder agreements, employment contracts and non-compete agreements.

Ms. Zimmer joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in February 2005 after having served the local community as Assistant District Attorney with the Outagamie County District Attorney's Office.
