Biography

Tim is an associate in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office. He represents developers, investors, and institutional clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions. Tim’s practice spans the entire life cycle of real estate assets, from site acquisition and due diligence to development, financing, leasing, and ultimate disposition.

In addition to his transactional work, Tim advises clients on land use and entitlements, helping them navigate zoning, permitting, and regulatory matters critical to the success of both horizontal and vertical developments. He has significant experience guiding high-profile projects through municipal approval processes and working with public entities to secure development rights and incentives.

Tim has worked on projects involving a variety of asset classes, including mixed-use developments, office buildings, industrial facilities, multifamily communities, and professional sports venues. His practical, solutions-oriented approach and deep understanding of the intersection between real estate, land use, and public-private partnerships enable him to deliver strategic counsel throughout the acquisition and development process.

Tim is active in the community and passionate about mentoring youth through his involvement as a 'Big' with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
