Atty. William P. Sweet

Attorney William P. Sweet is an associate attorney who represents clients in family law related matters including divorce, post-judgment disputes and modifications, paternity actions, child custody and placement actions, child support, restraining orders, and guardian ad litem appointments. Attorney Sweet graduated from the Marquette University where he received a Bachelors of Science in both Political Science and Psychology, and a Minor Degree in Chemistry. He attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating in 2016. While in law school, he was a lead articles editor and contributing writer on the school's Honors Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.

Attorney Sweet has chosen to solely practice family law as he is strongly interested in working with people to address their needs while also successfully guiding them through their family law matter. He firmly believes a collaborative attorney-client approach is crucial, and strives to maintain open and honest communication with his clients, as well as to establish realistic expectations. He diligently endeavors to achieve the best results for his clients, whether through resolution or litigation. Attorney Sweet determinedly works to provide creative solutions for his clients in order to maximize their success moving forward from their legal concerns.

Attorney Sweet is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin, a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is also admitted to practice in federal court in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
