Biography

Aubin maintains a broad litigation practice in both private and public law, with a focus on administrative and constitutional law. She has represented clients before administrative tribunals and at all levels of court, and she teaches private international law as an adjunct professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law.Before joining Hunter Litigation Chambers, Aubin clerked for Chief Justice Richard Wagner at the Supreme Court of Canada. She holds a J.D. and a Ph.D. in political theory from UBC.Aubin frequently contributes to continuing legal education programs, co-authored chapters of the BC Administrative Law Practice Manual, and serves as the BC session coordinator for the Supreme Court Advocacy Institute. She was appointed to the British Columbia Law Institute Board in 2023 and has been recognized by Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch and Benchmark Litigation.
