Audrey K. Berland

With 25 years of litigation experience, Audrey has handled a wide variety of commercial and tort litigation matters for both defendants and plaintiffs through all phases of litigation. She has represented a broad range of clients in complex and multiparty matters, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and individuals. Consequently, the kinds of litigation Audrey has handled is similarly varied: claims involving environmental insurance coverage, product liability, construction defects, medical malpractice, and employment, to name a few. Over the last 15 years, Audrey’s practice was focused on defending manufacturers, primarily automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers, throughout all stages of litigation, against catastrophic injury and claims alleging defects in product design and manufacturing.

Audrey has effectively managed the litigation of cases involving millions of dollars of liability exposure and has counseled clients in less complex disputes, facilitating resolution of litigation outside of the courtroom. Joining Ichter Davis provided Audrey with the opportunity to expand the scope of her tort-based practice to business disputes/litigation, representing small to medium sized entities, as well as individuals. Representative matters include enforceability of noncompete and non-solicitation covenants, breach of contract, and tortious interference with the same.

Audrey is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association and American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, Northern District Court of Georgia and Southern District of Georgia. Audrey has been a Master with the Bleckley Inn since 2009, and past Vice President and Treasurer for the Atlanta Chapter of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. Audrey has been honored as a Georgia Super Lawyer and Lawyer of Distinction.
