Biography

Audrey Singh joined Mullen & Henzell in 2017 as an associate in the Business and Real Estate group. Her practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, business ventures and entity formations. Audrey has experience assisting clients with residential, hotel and other commercial property developments, purchase and sale transactions, financing, leasing, and title-related matters.

Audrey’s business practice concentrates on a wide array of corporate and transactional matters, including the formation of new business entities, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Audrey advises nonprofit clients on entity formation, ongoing corporate maintenance, and state and federal tax exemption processes.

In her time away from the office, Audrey enjoys attending concerts and ballets, experimenting with new recipes, and traveling.
