Biography

Austin Fax joined Lowther Johnson as an Associate in 2015 after clerking with the firm throughout law school. As an attorney, Austin handles a wide range of practice areas including personal injury, real estate and property law, labor and employment, business law, landlord-tenant, and creditor’s rights. Austin attended the University of Missouri School of Law where he was named to the prestigious Order of Barristers, recognizing students who excel in oral and written advocacy and professionalism. In addition, Austin served on the editorial board for the Journal of Dispute Resolution and as a director for the Board of Advocates. As a first-year law student, Austin interned with the Honorable Don E. Burrell at the Southern District Court of Appeals. Raised in Rogersville, Missouri, Austin is excited to build his legal career back home in the Ozarks. Outside of his practice, Austin enjoys watching sports, fishing, and being outdoors.
