Austin Trainor is an Associate Attorney at Smith & Bledsoe Family Law, where he represents clients in Austin, Travis County, and throughout Central Texas in family law and personal injury matters. Before joining private practice, Austin clerked for a District Court Judge in Harris County, Texas, an experience that helped shape his practical, courtroom-ready approach. Licensed since 2020, he has focused much of his work on divorce and child custody cases, guiding clients through emotionally charged situations with clear advice and steady support. Austin’s work is also personal to him: as a child of divorce, he understands how legal decisions can affect an entire family long after a case ends. Clients value his ability to combine empathy with strong advocacy, whether he’s negotiating a settlement or preparing for trial.
