Adv. Aviv Parienty is a partner in the Real Estate Department.

Aviv has special expertise in advising on complex construction projects for international companies and has gained an excellent reputation in this field.

In addition, Aviv provides legal advice to many entities (large income-producing real estate companies and material tenants) as well as commercial advice with respect to income-producing property.

Aviv provides legal advice to his clients from the stage of checking the land, purchasing it and promoting the planning on their behalf, to the stages of construction and execution of the projects, including financing, taxation and planning and construction.

In recent years, Aviv has handled real estate transactions that are among the most complex in Israel in all respects.

Aviv’s clients include public companies, insurance companies, industrial and high-tech companies, private clients as well as some of the largest real estate developers in Israel.
