Ayo R. Alston-Moore is a litigation associate who enjoys drawing on her experience to help people navigate issues arising out of their employment. Ms. Alston-Moore is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, having advocated for employee and artist rights, and represented corporations in business disputes. Prior to joining Filippatos PLLC, Ms. Alston-Moore worked as a litigation associate at a full-service law firm in midtown Manhattan, and as a litigation associate at a boutique law firm where she primarily represented employees in discrimination matters and artists pursuing VARA claims. She also gained significant trial experience working for a New York City handling child abuse and neglect matters. After law school, Ms. Alston-Moore clerked for Judge Andrea G. Carter of the New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex County.
