Biography

Bailey North is a native of Sarasota who joined Berlin Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in 2021. Ms. North is passionate about collaborating with her colleagues as part of a team and enjoys the challenge of complex work injury cases. As a workers’ compensation attorney, she takes pride in knowing that her hard work and dedication help to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Her greatest strengths are her compassion, work ethic, and dedication to helping those who are injured.

Professional Highlights

Bailey North received her Juris Doctor Degree from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University College of Law. During law school, Ms. North worked as a law clerk for a prominent Orlando Workers’ Compensation firm, strengthening her interest in this field.

She also holds an undergraduate degree in Criminology from Florida State University. In addition, she received a Bright Futures Scholarship, participated in the Florida State University Youth Programs, and was the Team Leader for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Ms. North’s passion for advocacy began early in her career-her interests lie at the nexus between the medical field and the legal system. Recently, she worked on a research project for a forthcoming medical sociology casebook. She edited, proofread, and conducted research on developing informed consent laws and their impact on vulnerable populations.

In her spare time, she is most content in the Sunshine State’s great outdoors. She enjoys boating, fishing, and exploring new places. She also loves spending time with family, reading, and spoiling her two feline companions.
