Biography

Barbara A. Hall concentrates her practice in the area of land use and environmental law. She has more than 30 years of experience in development law first representing local governments as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Delray Beach and later as the Supervising Attorney for Land Use in the Broward County Attorney’s Office, and then representing private property owners and developers. Barbara has wide-ranging experience in comprehensive planning, developments of regional impact, zoning, site plan approvals, platting, environmental permitting, variances, due diligence review, land use support for real estate transactions and in land use litigation Barbara has represented developers of single family and multi residential projects, large shopping centers, big box retailers, industrial and office developments, corporate headquarters and, institutional uses.
