Biography

Barbara has been a practicing attorney for 30 years and concentrates her practice in general liability defense. She effectively handles all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery and trial stages and client-centered strategies for early resolution of matters. She handles pre-trial court appearances, depositions and drafting of motions.

As well as handling all aspects of personal injury defense litigation, including drafting legal memoranda for complex Labor Law issues, she has experience handling New York No Fault defense litigation, participating in Special Investigations Unit fraud investigations for violations of No Fault and Federal Rico Laws, and handling cases from carrier’s referral to resolution, including bench trials and arbitrations.
