Ms. Higgins has substantial experience in both private practice and in an in-house, corporate context. She has litigated a wide variety of cases with an emphasis on real estate and construction matters and employment/discrimination claims. She has served as VP/Senior Counsel for a well known, global commercial real estate firm where she handled her own caseload of real estate litigation & transactional matters. In this position, she also dealt with employment issues, advised employees and management, conducted risk management sessions and monitored outside counsel retained by the company. She has also worked on residential real estate matters in a private law firm setting.
