Barbara J. Snavely

Barbara Snavely is an accomplished associate attorney at the prestigious Rogers firm, hailing from South Jersey herself. She graduated from Rutgers Law School-Camden in 1991, where she distinguished herself by serving on the law review and later assuming the role of Research Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal. Following her law school journey, Barbara embarked on a clerkship with the Honorable Marvin Schlosser in Burlington County Superior Court, further honing her legal acumen. Her passion for writing and research was evident during her undergraduate years at The Pennsylvania State University, where she contributed to Research/Penn State and the acclaimed Daily Collegian. Barbara's legal expertise spans various areas, including bankruptcy, real estate, wills and estates, and municipal court matters. Dedicated to professional growth, Barbara actively participates in the Bankruptcy Inns of Court, an esteemed organization for legal professionals. Additionally, she has made significant contributions by serving three terms on the Board of Directors of a statewide advocacy organization that focuses on justice in legislation and addresses the needs of vulnerable populations in New Jersey. Beyond her legal commitments, Barbara finds fulfillment in giving back to her community. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County, generously providing pro bono real estate services for their property acquisition team. In her leisure time, Barbara indulges in various interests, including genealogical research. She also takes an active role in Saint Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hainesport, where she has been involved in numerous committees and serves as a teacher for both children and adult classes.
