Biography

Barbara Klootwijk is a local partner in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig's Amsterdam office. Barbara focuses her practice on real estate transactions, including share and asset deals, (re)development projects, and commercial leasing. She represents national and international institutional investors, real estate funds, project developers, governments, and end-users.

Barbara is a member of the RE-STRUC team, a multidisciplinary team within Greenberg Traurig comprising focus areas including real estate, restructuring, including WHOA (“Dutch Restructuring Scheme”), financing, conflict management, alternative dispute resolution, RICS accredited mediation services, regulatory and tax.
