Biography

Barbara Miller is senior counsel in WSHB’s Northern California office, where her litigation practice focuses on catastrophic injury, premises liability, and construction defect litigation. Barbara is also skilled with tort defense including wrongful death, products liability, defense of transportation providers, property management and tenant litigation, medical malpractice, as well as investigation of suspicious claims.

Barbara attended Santa Clara University School of Law, where she spent a summer studying International and Comparative Law in Geneva, Switzerland and Strasbourg, France. Barbara received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Child Development from California State University, Chico.
