Barbara M. Kirk

Barbara M. Kirk is a partner at Hill Wallack LLP in Yardley, Pennsylvania, where she is a member of the Family Law and Municipal Law practice groups. Her legal practice focuses on family law matters, including divorce, asset distribution, support, and custody. She has extensive experience handling complex financial issues involving self-employed spouses, limited partnerships, and high-income individuals. Additionally, she has successfully represented clients in adoption cases, including same-sex adoptions and termination of parental rights.
