The property had a total area of over 101,500 sqm and the value of the transaction was approx. EUR 65.5 million.; Advised Panattoni Development Europe on a transaction involving the sale of the lodz City VI logistics park, fully leased to leading tenants by Panattoni, to a partnership between Kajima Properties and Savills Investment Management on behalf of its Asian client.
