Biography

Barbara Pancer is involved in major real estate and infrastructure projects on the Polish market, including logistics centers, shopping centers and office buildings. Barbara drafts and negotiates agreements related to the entire investment process, including sale agreements, EPC and other construction contracts (also based on FIDIC templates), development management agreements, property management agreements and commercial leases. Barbara advises on the development process at each construction stage - from the construction permit to the occupancy permit. She also represents clients on matters related to renewable energy sources and a variety of environmental issues - in particular on water-law issues, soil contamination and waste management. She has broad experience in performing due diligence audits related to the legal aspects of real estate in connection with the sale and purchase of real estate, as well as for banks financing acquisitions or development of real estate.

Barbara represents institutional and private investors, developers, banks, energy companies, state agencies, landlords and tenants on retail, warehouse, office and residential real estate projects. She also advises on matters connected with the development process, including environmental decisions, planning, permit and construction issues.

The properties have a total area of 37,600 sqm.; Represented PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, part of ZE PAK Group and one of the leaders in energy transition in Poland, in connection with the acquisition of another special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group and responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Potegowo, Slupsk and Damnica in the Pomorskie Province, consisting of 23 Vestas wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 50.6 MW.; Represented Stock Spirits group in connection with the indirect acquisition of 100% of the shares in Polmos Bielsko-Biala S.A. Stock Spirits is a portfolio company owned by a fund managed by CVC Capital Partners.; Advised PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Czluchow, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW.; Advised Tritax EuroBox on the sale of warehouse leased to Castorama located in the Polish logistics hub of Strykow near lodz to Savills Investment Management. The property had a total area of over 101,500 sqm and the value of the transaction was approx. EUR 65.5 million.; Advised Panattoni Development Europe on a transaction involving the sale of the lodz City VI logistics park, fully leased to leading tenants by Panattoni, to a partnership between Kajima Properties and Savills Investment Management on behalf of its Asian client.
