Barry’s goal in any case is to achieve a desirable result for his client while keeping the level of conflict to a minimum. However, if settlement isn’t possible, then Barry can bring his extensive litigation experience to bear to pursue a favorable outcome for the client through the courts.

Barry grew up in Mason, Ohio, and is a lifelong resident of southwestern Ohio. He is a graduate of Westminster College in Pennsylvania and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has taught English at Xavier University and, as a young graduate assistant, at the University of Dayton.
