Barry Carothers has been a dedicated advocate for his clients since 1990, bringing over three decades of deep-bench experience to every case he handles. Did not seem terribly knowledgeable. When problems surfaced later he was unresponsive to messages. Asking speaking with other professionals I learned he neglected to file motion to amend records.
