Barry E. Clarkson is a founding member and managing attorney of Clarkson & Associates, LLC, serving local, national, and international clients from offices in St. George, Utah, and Mesquite, Nevada. He concentrates on complex business and real estate transactions and estate planning. Mr. Clarkson earned his BA in Spanish (1991) and MA in Languages and Literature (1994) from the University of Utah, then received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1997, where he was honored with the American Jurisprudence Bancroft-Whitney Award and the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for excellence in Contracts. Licensed in Nevada (1997), Utah (1998), and Arizona (2015), he holds an AV Preeminent Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and Lawyers.com and actively serves on boards in healthcare, higher education, and charitable organizations.
