Barry M. Nudelman

Mr. Nudelman practices in the area of tax planning, estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, business and succession planning. He is a member of the adjunct faculty of George Washington University School of Law (since 1992) where he teaches two courses (Federal Estate and Gift Taxation and Estate Planning). Beyond his academic appointments, he is the author of Federal Taxation of Estates, Gifts and Trusts, 6th Edition, published by the American Law Institute/American Bar Association and co-author of the Complete Estate Planning Guide and Workbook, published by Professional Tax and Business Publications in 1999. His articles have appeared in Estate Planning and Tax Management, Estates, Gifts and Trusts Journal. A guest commentator on tax matters for CNN, Mr. Nudelman has also been recognized by Washingtonian magazine as among the 'Who's Who' of the estate and tax lawyers in the Washington metropolitan area and has been continuously designated as a "Super Lawyer" for both Maryland and the District of Columbia by Baltimore Magazine and Law & Politics. Mr. Nudelman handles matters involving:
