Biography

Bartley M. McNally is an associate attorney at Marasco & Nesselbush, representing clients for disability claims within the firm’s Social Security disability practice group. A true-blue Rhode Island local, Bart’s years of experience working in the marine trades and performing a physically demanding job have given him a special understanding of the experiences and needs of his clients and their need for SSDI or SSI benefits.

Bart was excited to join the team at Marasco & Nesselbush after years of hearing from other attorneys about their professionalism and incredible treatment of their valued clients.

Prior to practicing law and joining the firm, Bart spent over a decade and a half working as a commercial diver and turned to practicing law after finding his passion for helping people.

Bart graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 1992 and earned his law degree from Northeastern University in 1995. He is admitted to the practice of law in Rhode Island. Bart is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and served on the Board of Directors for both CODAC and Newport County Community Mental Health Center.
