Beach’s Background

Beach A. Brooks Jr. received his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1983. Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Beach has practiced law in the Winter Haven area and was a partner with a large local law firm prior to joining his brother.

Beach practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and auto and truck accidents.

He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association, and is a past president of the Polk County Family Lawyers Association.

He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is past chairman of the Tenth Judicial Court Grievance Committee.

Beach in the Community

Beach is also active in the Winter Haven community. He has served on the boards of Polk County Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Winter Haven Board of Adjustments, and chaired the Lake Region District Friends of Scouting Campaign.
