Ben Baker is the founder of Red Dirt Legal, a firm built on hard work, perseverance, and a steadfast commitment to client success. As Red Dirt Legal expands to absorb Koller Baker & Associates, the firm continues to grow while maintaining the same personalized, client-focused representation that has defined Ben’s career from the beginning.

Raised on a family farm, Ben learned early that the work continues until the job is done right. That mindset still shapes his approach to the practice of law. Every client receives dedicated, passionate representation rooted in preparation, persistence, and personal accountability.

Although Ben set his sights on becoming a lawyer as early as high school, life first led him to earn a degree in Agricultural Science from Texas A&M University and devote himself to farming and raising his family. Years later, determined to pursue his original calling, he took the LSAT and entered law school while raising three young children. Balancing night classes with family responsibilities—never missing a single one of his children’s events—Ben’s journey reflects the discipline and resilience he now brings to his clients’ cases.

Ben has developed particular experience handling insurance disputes, advocating for individuals and families navigating complex claims.
