Ben Strauss

Ben Strauss is an associate in the Capital Markets group in Greenberg Traurig’s Tel Aviv office. Ben focuses his practice on corporate securities matters, including private and public offerings and ongoing compliance with the U.S. securities laws.

Ben is experienced in advising private and public companies on complex corporate matters, with a focus on cross-border M&A transactions and high-tech, venture capital and private equity financing, across multiple industries including technology, life sciences, and health care sectors.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Ben worked in the New York office of a prestigious international law firm and at a prominent Israeli law firm.

• Acquisition of 50% of the shares of an Israeli private company specializing in designing, managing and optimizing customer loyalty programs.°

• Acquisition of an Israeli provider of cloud and software services.°

• Acquisition of 50% of the shares of a leading Israeli housewares manufacturer.°

• Representation of an Israel-based R&D and medical device manufacturer in the sale of a business unit to a U.S. biopharmaceutical company for over $200 million.°

• Representation of a U.S. medical technology company in the acquisition of an Israeli medical technology company for over $300 million.°

• Representation of a Japanese electronics manufacturing company in its investment in an Israeli deep-tech company.°
