Biography

Ben Strauss is an associate in the Capital Markets group in Greenberg Traurig’s Tel Aviv office. Ben focuses his practice on corporate securities matters, including private and public offerings and ongoing compliance with the U.S. securities laws.

Ben is experienced in advising private and public companies on complex corporate matters, with a focus on cross-border M&A transactions and high-tech, venture capital and private equity financing, across multiple industries including technology, life sciences, and health care sectors.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Ben worked in the New York office of a prestigious international law firm and at a prominent Israeli law firm.
