Biography

Born in Richmond and now living in Vancouver, Ben has practiced in the area of civil litigation since his call to the bar in 2011.

Ben has built a reputation as a fierce and compassionate advocate for his clients. Ben is experience with personal injury claims and has extensive knowledge of employment and labour law allows him to assess complex wage loss and employment issues arising out of personal injury claims. Ben’s practice also focuses on insurance denials and estate matters.

Ben has extensive experience acting as counsel in tribunal and administrative hearings, Supreme Court trials, cases in the B.C. Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
