Benjamin A. Lilien: Attorney with Cohen Clair Lans Greifer & Simpson LLP

Biography

Benjamin Lilien has been practicing matrimonial law since 2007—first in Seattle, and then in New York beginning in 2010.

He has extensive experience settling and, if necessary, litigating matters that involve property division, spousal maintenance, custody, visitation and child support. He has given guest lectures at various Bar Association events, including the New York State Bar Association’s “Matrimonial Law Practical Skills: Preparing for and Conducting Party Depositions” program. He has beenselected as a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine and is ranked as one of New York’s “Best Lawyers” in the field of family law.

Mr. Lilien received his BA degree from Stanford University and his JD from Stanford Law School in 2006. He graduated from Stanford University with departmental honors in history. Mr. Lilien lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife and two sons.
