Biography

Benjamin “Ben” Waldren joined the firm in 2025, focusing his practice on litigation, including insurance defense, construction, personal injury, commercial, and business matters.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he served as Executive Notes Editor for the Energy Law Journal. During law school, Ben received the Robert A. Butkin Award for Outstanding Student Case Note and the Oklahoma Bar Association Scholarship Award for his concentration in Sustainable Energy and Resources Law. His case note, “Trouble in Paradise: Shortfalls in Hawai’i’s Clean Energy Transition” (46 Energy L.J. 399, 2025), was published in the Energy Law Journal, highlighting his strong analytical and writing abilities in complex areas of law. He also served as President of the TU Law Golf Club.
