Biography

Ben Huffstetler was admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee in 2024. His practice focuses primarily on probate and trust administration, as well as estate planning, guardianships, and conservatorships. Additionally, Ben is appointed by the Shelby County Probate Court to serve as Guardian ad Litem in conservatorship cases, as well as attorney on behalf of Title 33 Involuntary Commitment defendants.

Ben attended law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Tennessee, graduating with honors from both. Ben serves as an elder at Highland Heights Presbyterian Church where he teaches a class on Wednesday nights and enjoys reading, kayaking, going to the movies, and following all the Volunteers’ teams. Most of all, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Gabbi, his sons Sam and Micah and his daughter Ada.
