Benjamin C. Rosen, Esq., is admitted to practice law in Washington state (1997) and throughout Mexico (2010). Ben’s practice focuses on real estate law and development; resort, hospitality, condominium, leisure and timeshare law; trusts, joint ventures, international private client, labor & employment advisory, company law, and cross-border transactions. Since settling in Mexico in 1997, Ben—a dual citizen of the United States and Mexico—has served as a bridge linking businesses, investors and entrepreneurs from one country to the other. Ben shares time between Rosen Law headquarters in Los Cabos and his residence in San Diego.Since arriving in Los Cabos in 2005, Ben has been a key figure in providing legal counsel to foreign investors in transactions representing more than a combined US$800 million in Mexican real estate, hospitality and related assets.
