Benjamin Everett Padgett

I grew up in several different parts of the United States, which gave me a chance to learn from a wide range of communities and perspectives. As a kid, I was shaped by two things in particular: school and basketball. Academics taught me focus and consistency, and playing on a team taught me how to work with others, communicate, and stay disciplined when the pressure is on. Those same habits still guide how I approach my work as an attorney. I earned my undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and went on to receive my J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School. My interest in law started with the classes I took in school, but it became a career choice when I realized I wanted to do work that was both challenging and meaningful. I chose personal injury law because it allows me to advocate for people who have been hurt and need someone in their corner. I represent clients in both litigation and pre-litigation matters, and I take pride in delivering strong results while keeping clients informed and supported. Outside of work, I stay involved in my church community and enjoy reading and spending time outdoors. I’m guided by a belief in fairness and justice, and I work hard to make sure my clients’ rights are protected every step of the way.
