Benjamin F. Kanani

Benjamin Kanani established the Law Office of Benjamin Kanani in 2017 to dedicate his legal career to family law matters, such as child custody, visitation, support issues, prenuptial agreements, and both domestic violence and civil harassment restraining orders. His empathetic approach and deep understanding of both clients and legal complexities enable him to tailor strategies that align with his clients' goals and expectations.

Before pioneering his own practice, Mr. Kanani acquired valuable experience in civil litigation and criminal law in Los Angeles, which honed his courtroom skills and prepared him for family law's intricate challenges. His unique legal skills are especially evident in handling intense custody battles and high-asset divorces.

An active member of the State Bar of California and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Mr. Kanani also provides pro bono services through the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law. His dedication earned him induction into the center's Hall of Fame in 2019 and the Wiley W. Manuel Pro Bono Services Certificate in 2021.
