Biography

Ben Fechter is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. He represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in various business disputes at the federal, state, and local levels.

As a commercial litigator, Ben handles matters at every stage of litigation-including pre-suit investigations, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, mediation and settlement, trial, and post-trial proceedings. With more than 1,000 hours in a courtroom, he has deep experience as both a litigator and a trial lawyer, having sat first-chair for more than a dozen jury trials.

Ben has previously served as a criminal prosecutor, as well as a civil litigator for a large, regional firm.
