Benjamin G. Finkelstein is a commercial litigator who represents Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises in complex breach of contract matters, employment litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, and class action defense. He handles cases in both state and federal courts across the country, with experience in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and discovery proceedings.
