Biography

Benjamin G. Lopez is a Shareholder in the firm’s General Trial Practice Group focusing on insurance coverage, property damage litigation, trucking and transportation, premises liability, and construction defect. He is a Tampa native having graduated from Jesuit High School. Mr. Lopez completed his undergraduate education at Florida State University and obtained his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Lopez joined Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. as a summer intern and subsequently joined the firm after graduation as an associate. Mr. Lopez has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell and serves as the firm’s Attorney Hiring Partner.

    Very good young lawyer well deserving of high ranking for his experience level. Additional years of practice would have raised the lone 4 score. Would expect an AV ranking for him, if not now then when warranted by years of practice.
