Benjamin J. Storms is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation & Trial practice. Mr. Storms’ practice focuses on commercial litigation, and creditor’s rights, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant law, and appellate litigation. Mr. Storms also has a background in insurance defense where he assisted auto entities, commercial property owners, and governmental entities in complex litigation matters. He draws on his prior experience as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives to provide creative legal solutions for his business clients.

A native of the Lehigh Valley, Mr. Storms enjoys spending his time with family and golfing with friends.
