Benjamin P. Visnic is an Associate at the Wheeling office of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC.

Ben graduated in 2004 from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WV, with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. In May 2013, Ben received his juris doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law, and was subsequently admitted to practice law in West Virginia.

While in law school, Ben was President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Vice President of the Labor Law Society, and participated in the Magistrate Court Mediation Program. Ben also worked closely with prospective local business owners in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. As an Associate, Ben primarily practices general civil defense litigation, including personal injury claims, property damage claims, premises liability claims, and governmental tort claims.

Ben is a native of Wheeling, West Virginia, where he currently resides.
