Biography

Benjamin Heller is an associate at RFZ Law LLP. Benjamin’s practice includes civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense in both federal and state courts. Prior to joining RFZ Law LLP, Benjamin gained a rich and diverse litigation background working as an associate at two respected litigation boutique firms in California and Arizona. His background includes fraud litigation, contract disputes, real estate matters, appeals, complex tort litigation including class actions, business litigation, and family law matters. His clients have included businesses, boards of directors, homeowner’s associations, and individuals. Benjamin received his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rodgers College of Law, where he served as a managing editor on the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and as a legal research representative for Bloomberg Law. Additionally, while attending the University of Arizona, Benjamin externed for the Hon. Charles Pyle, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Prior to attending law school, Benjamin received his B.A. in Government from the College of William and Mary.
