Biography

Mr. London is a founding partner of London Fischer LLP, which is a nationally recognized law firm . The firm is a specialty litigation practice with focused expertise in construction law, insurance and reinsurance law, professional liability law, cyber liability, employment practices liability, products liability and property damage law.

Mr. London has tried lawsuits and arbitrations throughout the United States, and has tried and argued cases in every court in New York State, including the highest court the New York Court of Appeals. Mr. London also has experience in arguing appeals in the various Federal Appellate courts, including the U.S. Circuit Court for the 2nd Circuit, 3rd Circuit and 4th Circuit. Among his important reported decisions are Mentor Ins. v. AIG Oil Rig, Water Transport v. Reinauer and Allendale v. Excess Ins. Co .

Mr. London has consistently been selected a SuperLawyer by the peer rated Reuters process. He has served as an American Arbitration Association Panel Arbitrator for the construction and Insurance industries. He lectures and writes about legal issues of importance to the construction and insurance industries. He is a member of the New York State and New York City Bar Associations.

Mr. London is an elected New York State Official, having served as a trustee, Police Commissioner and as Superintendent of Highways for the Incorporated Village of Lloyd Harbor. In that capacity he has authored zoning and building codes. He serves on the board of numerous civic and charitable organizations.

Mr. London received his B.S. degree from the Stern School of New York University, Insurance law at the College of Insurance, and he received his J.D. degree from St. Johns University School of Law.
